2xtraders – Helping You Make Money Or Stealing from You?

There are sites that would help you make profit on the internet but many others are there to steal from you. In this 2xtraders review, we shall investigate what this site and the people behind it are up to.

The essence is to enable you make informed decisions and avoid possible loss of your funds.

You have to understand that a scammer doesn’t care how you came about your money. If you worked all your life to earn it is of no concern to them, so it is your responsibility as a person to protect yourself from losses.

This is why you should thoroughly research any investment opportunity to make sure that fraudsters do not end up stealing your money.

These days, fraudsters move from scam to scam as we have seen with such scams as Elitefinfx which has morphed to Efx 2.0. The audacity of scammers stems from the fact that many investors do not research before making investment deposits.

What is 2xtraders?

2xtradersThis is a site purportedly owned by a company that is involving in trading of commodities such as gold, forex and stocks. The company claims to be registered in the UK and presented its registration certificate to buttress that point.

According to the site,

“Our goal at 2xtraders.uk LTD is to provide our clients with a comprehensive market with new resources, whether you have limited experience in foreign exchange trade or gold trade or that you are interested in the stock market. So we open a professional market which is attracting investors from all over the world, who have online trading and investment experience.”

However, what we have seen over the years is that fraudsters register their companies to gain a measure of acceptability among people. This is why we always maintain that company registration is not a proof that you’re dealing with a legitimate business.

A High Yield Investment Scam

It is surprising that there are many investors that believe that an investment site could double their funds in a span of a day. This is not realistic but it is a common approach employed by scammers to steal the funds of people.

2xtradersNo genuine investment company would promise you returns that are not in tune with reality. It is a favorite strategy of fraudsters because they are aware that many investors are eager for quick profit.

If the company has a strategy that could double their money in 24 hours, they wouldn’t ask investors to invest with them, but would lay emphasis on doubling theirs. They would do this repeatedly until they become the wealthiest people on earth.

However, there is no known means of doubling funds in quick succession in business, so fraudsters who promise such just want to steal the funds entrusted to them.

The Securities and Exchange Commission website stated that among the red signs that indicate that you’re dealing with a scam is:

“If it sounds too good to be true, it is. Compare promised yields with current returns on well-known stock indexes. Any investment opportunity that claims you’ll get substantially more could be highly risky. And that means you might lose money.”

Poor Web Content Quality

Despite the fact that2xtraders claim that they are a professionally managed company, would you say that a site with many typographical errors is actually manned by professionals? We can see this on its About page where it wrote:

“Our unique Stock, foreign exchange market, Forex investment solution provides our clients with an opportunity to grow their investment in the secured safe environment. There’s no complex Forex trading systems to learn. There are no super risky investments that could leave you counting your losses, we take great pride in maintaining a secure, profitable environment where our clients can growth their investment with minimal fuss, low risk and optimal convenience. We employ a team of cryptocurrent and forign trade market experienced, proven investment professionals, who collectively, have decades of experience and have earned millions of dollars in the Forex industry. Our team is committed to delivering a simple, easy-to-use system for investing in the thriving Stock, foreign exchange market, Forex marketplace”

2xtradersThere are several errors in that one paragraph and a savvy investor should be left in no doubt that they’re dealing with people who are anything but professionals.

False Guarantee On Risk

Aside claiming that there are no super risks involved in investing with the site, the 2xtraders boldly in its FAQ page asserted that it is risk free. This is an approach employed by scams to give the prospect a false sense of security.

Trusting that your investment bears no risk is not a wise decision because every investment does bear some level of risk as seen from this statement from SEC.

“Guaranteed returns” aren’t. Every investment carries some degree of risk, and the level of risk typically correlates with the return you can expect to receive. Low risk generally means low yields, and high yields typically involve high risk. If your money is perfectly safe, you’ll most likely get a low return. High returns represent potential rewards for folks who are willing and financially able to take big risks. Most fraudsters spend a lot of time trying to convince investors that extremely high returns are “guaranteed” or “can’t miss.” Don’t believe it.”

How Long Has This Site Been Online?

Another litmus test for fraudulent investment sites is that they usually would backdate their resumption date to create the impression that they have been operating for periods longer than they actually have been.

People usually think that sites that have been online for extended periods are to be trusted. In a sense this may be correct since many scam sites quickly turn exit scams after stealing from investors.

Scammers are known to move from scam to scam. They steal from investors, pull down the site and set up new ones. So many people assume that if a site has been online for say 2 years, it may not be fraudulent.

This is why scammers portray their sites as if they have been online longer than they have.

We can see that 2xtraders claimed that they’ve been in operation since January 10, 2017 but a Whois search shows that the site has been online for a shorter period. Its domain for instance was registered May 31, 2019.

Identifying scam sites may not always be easy, but the fact that many are in a hurry to quickly steal from people, they offer outsized profits making it easy to identify them.

It is simple enough because no one can give what they do not have. This scam site doesn’t have the ability to generate the fund they’re promising the investors.

It is safer to invest with reliable, recognized and regulated sites. You can check our top recommendation here.
