Cardano (ADA) has announced on its Twitter account that it would be sponsoring the Uchain convention set to take place in Berlin on June 14.
Many leaders in the blockchain industry are expected to grace the summit billed touch on diverse topics within the industry. Cardano also revealed that it’s team would speak on the application of Cardano network on privacy and smart contract creation within the crypto ecosystem.
Cardano which has been among the top ten coins has been advertised as a competitor of Ethereum within the crypto community as it utilizes scientific and research driven approach to provide solutions. Led by Charles Hoskinson, Cardano aims to revolutionize the creation of smart contracts with the launch of its “Shelley mainnet.
All Efforts Towards Shelley Launch
Shelley is expected to be launched this year with Cardano revealing that a testnet would be released in June.
It is likely that the market would react positively to the launch of “Shelley” in which the Cardano team has put in much effort.
On Monday it was announced that renowned journalist Bakyt Azimkanov had joined Cardano as the new director of global PR, communications and marketing. Even with its growing market capitalization, the recent buzz around the project would add to higher awareness among mainstream media about the network ahead of the launch of “Shelley” Mainnet.

Cardano (ADA) is currently the number 11 coin based on market cap making it one of the top crypto projects in the market. ADA was down less than a percent to the dollar in the last 24 hours with its trading volume at $237,991,265.
Gains are expected in the coming weeks with the anticipated initial testnet launch which if successful would lead to the release of its Mainnet.
