
Connecting your Ledger wallet to Sushiswap will ensure that your assets have a higher security level that comes from a hardware wallet such as Ledger. Here is how to connect your Ledger wallet to Sushiswap to make swaps and provide liquidity.
Step 1
Install Ledger Live app if you’re a new user. Ledger Live app can be installed at https://www.ledger.com/ledger-live.

Open your Ledger Live app and click the My Ledger menu at the bottom of the app.

You’ll be prompted to connect your Ledger and unlock it. Connect your Ledger device using the USB, then unlock it using your PIN.

Ledger Live will demand that you Allow Ledger Manager on your device. Approve this request by clicking the two buttons of your Ledger Nano simultaneously.

Ledger Live will open the app catalog. Install the Ethereum app by clicking the install button next to Ethereum.

In the opened app, click the “connect wallet” button. From the drop-down menu, choose Metamask as the wallet that you wish to connect to. If you do not have the Metamask wallet, you can quickly download it at metamask.io.

Open your Metamask wallet using your password, then click the three dots in the top-right corner. From the drop-down menu, click the expand view option to open Metamask in full view in another window. This will make it easier to work with.

In the full view window, click on the round profile icon on the top-right corner of the wallet. A drop-down menu will appear; click on Connect hardware wallet from the drop-down menu.

Now make sure that your Ledger wallet has been connected to the computer via the Ledger Live app before proceeding. Another important step is this: open the Ethereum app on your Ledger device, then click the two buttons simultaneously to show “Application isready.”

Clicking the Connect hardware wallet will open a page where you can choose your Ledger wallet.

Click on the Ledger option, then click Continue. This will open a new window where you can see your model of Ledger. Click on the model at the top of the window, then click the connect button.

This will open a list of addresses; select one and click the “Unlock” button.
Your Ledger wallet has been connected to SushiSwap via Metamask. You can start providing liquidity on SushiSwap.
