Metamask, the cryptocurrency wallet maker has announced that it is giving away $6000 to a random follower. The announcement made on Twitter follows another that the company made earlier in the day. The previous tweet announced a $10,000 giveaway to followers that retweet the tweet.

The giveaway seems to be a follow-up for an earlier one announced by Metamask on March 20. The March giveaway was $50,000. Metamask routinely offers these away ostensibly to grow its followers.
The British company is the maker of the Metamask wallet that enables users to store a number of cryptocurrencies. The wallet also enables the user to interact with web 3 applications and other decentralized applications. It currently has more than 21 million users.
From the company’s Twitter feed, it has already given out hundreds of USD in digital currency tokens in the last couple of months. Even though the winners of the last giveaway were not announced, there is no doubt that the company is meeting the aspirations of the users.
