QANPlatform Warns Investors of Scams During IEO

QANPlatform has issued an alert warning its community and investors of the possibility that fraudsters would take advantage of its scheduled IEO to steal the funds of prospective investors.

In a recent blog post titled “Beware of Scammers”, the project team stated that the QANPlatform is getting popular due to its uniqueness and acceptance from the investing and crypto community. It therefore advised investors to beware of sites that they visit in their quest to purchase the QARK token which would go on sale from January 20 to March 23.

The QARK token sale which commenced on Monday is available only on BitBay, the Estonia licensed cryptocurrency exchange.

According to the update, users are advised to

“Please be aware, that scammers may also try to misuse our brand name on Telegram and other channels, as has become so popular among investors and the developer community.”

They should also take basic precautions knowing that the QANPlatform team would never contact them first on social media or messaging apps such as Telegram. If in doubt, such investors are advised to use official channels of the project for enquiries.

QAN is the first quantum-resistant and energy-efficient blockchain platform. Established in the Q4 of 2019 after working on the background since it was founded in 2018, the platform is building an innovative blockchain that is based on Proof of Randomness (PoR).

The platform is not just smart contract friendly, but supports a wide array of programming languages enabling developers with array of skills to build on its fully decentralized network.

The QAN platform is built on the Ethereum ERC20 platform from which it hopes to migrate to the QAN blockchain after official launching. Node operators and randomly selected block validators are responsible for the day-to-day running of the platform.

Aside support as a dApp building platform, QAN would be a base for enterprise grade blockchains after its mainnet launch. The platform prides itself as solving challenges of security, scalability and decentralization:

“At QAN we currently focus on security and decentralization and will address the scalability issue with a general Sharding framework – with ease of development, high security, and scalability. So all other new-generation platforms are competition but none of them is truly industry-ready yet.”

Interested investors should check official QAN channels to purchase the QARK. If token investment isn’t your thing, you can go for social investment of cryptocurrencies and traditional assets though with the viability of the QANPlatform, it is definitely a worthwhile investment.
